At readers cafe, our team works tirelessly to make sure the website keeps updated to our analysing and decoding findings. You may ask what is the process we take in analysing, deciphering and compiling our blog posts to be posted to the website. This article will be sharing our process on how we create our posts on narrative verse
First, the poem itself. We choose a poem created by any poet. These are usually suggested in team discussions and conversation.
Next annotation. We annotate for the structure of the poem, the plot and characters and lastly the figurative language and sound devices as well as descriptions that focus on our senses. Some annotations already uploaded are the annotations of Stairway to Heaven, All the World's a Stage, The Raven and Stopping by the Woods on a Snowy Evening. These are also available to see on our website.

Next is our analysis bit. We discuss in chat on what the poem is trying to convey. For instance, Gabe and I spent 18 hours in total on call decoding and deciphering the ballad 'Stairway to Heaven' by Led Zeppelin and coming up with compelling arguments that portray the extended metaphor
Oh yeah by the way, check out our 3 posts on the very same topic to figure out what we've discovered about 'Stairway to Heaven' by Led Zeppelin.
Next up, the final step, is to compile our information into an engaging post, with images and links if required
Then is off to you guys for you to read and enjoy.
Love the work! this post will help many others who are just starting their journey of deconstructing poems and ballads :)
